Join the nationally recognized communications and media expert, Deb Sofield, for the upcoming Area 11 Spokesperson Training. This training is designed to prepare HBA leaders who anticipate representing their association in various settings. Below are some key points about the benefits of spokesperson training: Focus: Spokesperson training emphasizes using organizational messages effectively and staying on message, regardless of the situation. Skills: Participants learn how to deliver message-laden presentations, handle Q&A confidently, and approach media interviews with a strategic plan. Challenges: Speaking on behalf of an organization can significantly impact reputations, whether in public, at press conferences, or in media. This course aims to develop confidence and practical skills for effective communication. Registration is only $50 but is limited to the first 20 who register for the training. Breakfast provided.
