The rate of suicide in construction is more than four times higher than the general population. KCHBA asks you to join Construction Suicide Prevention Week on Monday\, Sept. 9 for one minute of silence during its nationwide stand-down to honor all lives lost to suicide. WHEN: Sept. 9 at 1:50 p.m. WHERE: Job site\, office\, anywhere! HOW: Encourage participation on the jobsite or in the office by providing signs for workers to honor those they've lost to suicide.
