Permit Reports

Find out who is building and where with the HBA’s monthly residential permit reports. The HBA gathers this highly relevant data thanks to a unique relationship with the permit departments in the eight counties and seventy cities that comprise the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area. Every month the HBA provides this valuable information in a variety of reports that are available to members of the HBA by subscription. To learn more about permit subscriptions contact Jordynn Webster, Jordynn@kchba.org.

In addition, the HBA issues a news release with the Residential Building Permit Statistical Report to the public. View the most recent Statistical Report by clicking the button below.
