You are invited to join us for KCHBA's third quarter education and new member event - 5 Ls of Home Building - hosted by the Associates Council.
KCHBA's Executive Vice President, Will Ruder, will touch on the 5 biggest challenges facing the home building industry, in which builders have little to no control over. Attendees will get a chance to learn about these 5 challenges referred to as the 5 Ls:
- Land
- Lumber
- Labor
- Loans
- Laws
