Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend! Join the Associates Council for an important discussion and presentation about the state of the building industry in 2023. Topics will include current interest rates and the potential impact they will have on both builders and consumers. Our speakers will represent almost every pillar of the building industry and the conversation will also touch upon consumer credit, insurance rates, inventory, supply chain and regulations.

Please join us at 8:30 a.m. to enjoy a light breakfast, coffee and networking before the panel presentation from 9:00-10:00 a.m.

The Associate Council will meet the second Wednesday of every month from 9:00-10:00 a.m. at the KCHBA unless other wise communicated. Misty Hanson is your Associate Council Chair. Associate Council plans many of the networking events throughout the year and gives associates the opportunity to network with builder members and other members.
