Description
The Parade of Homes events in the fall and spring have been annual Kansas City traditions offering generations of home buyers the largest and most impressive displays of new homes in the Greater Kansas City metropolitan area. Each Parade takes place for two weeks and showcases hundreds of beautiful brand-new homes. Experienced home buyers or first-timers will find homes available to suit each style, need and price.

Free Parade guides will be available for pickup at the KCHBA (I-435 & Holmes) beginning Tuesday, April 21 and at all Parade homes during the dates of the event (while supplies last).
