This will be a real time, practical session for individuals and organizations who are or may deal with CBP and/or ICE enforcement actions. We will provide practical advice for communicating with employees or contractors about their rights before an enforcement action, what a search operation looks like and what employers’ responsibilities are, and dealing with the presence of government agents at a place of employment.
