As of October 2024, Sallee has completed and sold 1,972 single-family lots (across 16 projects) and has an additional 2,100 lots (across three projects) in the pipeline, all to be sold to DR Horton. Within its multifamily vertical Sallee has completed and currently owns 974 units (all townhome product) across nine projects, with an additional 1,440 units (across six projects) in the pipeline. Sallee’s current townhome portfolio has an estimated AUM of $220 million. Within its commercial vertical Sallee currently owns 23 projects totaling +/-1,014,210 NRSF (all managed by a third-party property manager). The commercial portfolio is predominantly in greater Kansas City, however 10 projects are located in states other than Kansas and Missouri (Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, North Carolina and Wisconsin).
