Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Coordinator at Starr Homes. The Client Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and exceptional customer service throughout the homebuilding process. They will assist clients in making design selections, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, managing project timelines, and providing regular updates to clients. The Client Coordinator will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining project documentation and ensuring a positive customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Buildertrend knowledge is a plus
  • QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in the homebuilding or construction industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of design and construction processes is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
